Vacancy Description

If you're passionate about providing the very best care in a residential care home setting, consider a move to Suffolk Lodge.

Right now, we're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate for this role will have some knowledge of caring for the elderly or vulnerable, or possess customer-facing experience. As an Optalis carer, you will receive:

  • Competitive rate of pay
  • Paid holiday
  • Extensive paid induction and training programme with career progression opportunities
  • flexible shifts patterns in line with availabilities and service requirements
