Vacancy Description

This is an extremely rewarding role, providing Support to Vulnerable adults in need of reablement after leaving hospital for various reasons and various time periods. The dedicated START team assists in the vital duty of preventing our Customers from having to return to hospital and allowing reablement to take place in the comfort if the Customers own home. Previous care experience would be an advantage but it’s not essential as full training and support will be given.

As an Optalis carer, you will receive:

  • Excellent rates of pay - full time equivalent: £18,968 pa or £9.69 per hour 
  • Minimum guaranteed hours
  • 45 per mile paid
  • Paid holiday
  • Hours between 7am – 10pm (shift basis)
  • Comprehensive induction training
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Work a shift pattern (flexible shifts are available), have a driving licence, and the use of a car. 

We are looking for passionate people who want to join our fast paced Reablement team, you will be required to work a flexible shift pattern and must be a car driver with own car.
