Full time, part time and casual hours available • Covering from 7am – 10pm, waking nights are also available, which cover from 9.45pm – 7am.

Optalis is a local authority trading company owned by and delivering adult social care in both The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead and Wokingham Borough Council
Optalis has Extra Care Housing for Older Adults (some living with dementia) across the Wokingham Borough. We are looking for Care & Support Workers to come and join our teams to help us grow! Care & Support Worker roles entail providing care & support to our customers living in our Extra Care Housing according to their person centred care plans. This can include tasks such as personal care, nutrition, medication and domestic. Experience is not essential as we provide a full induction training course before you embark on your Care & Support Worker role. If you pride yourself on having a caring nature, able to handle responsibility and use your own initiative then we want to hear from you.
We have vacancies in the following services:
- Alexandra Place – Woodley
- Beeches Manor – Wokingham
- Cockayne Court – Finchampstead
- The Birches – Woodley
- Fosters – Woodley
Due to the nature of some of our customers care needs, we are looking for candidates that drive and have access to their own vehicles, mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
